PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy of personal information (the "Personal Information") of our customers (the "Customers") is very important, and we are committed to safeguarding it, according to our Privacy Policy (the" "Privacy Poli"y").

Bearing in mind that the provision of our services of creation, development, customization, and hosting of digital content(s) and the final version of the digital content(s) related to the Client (the (") "Digital Content"s)") will depend on the Customer sending content and information, it is possible that, for the realization of certain Digital Content(s), the Customer shares Personal Information with us which you are not the owner (t"e "Third-Party Personal Information" on").

This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by us. In it, we will present how we collect, use and protect our Customers' Personal Information and Third Parties' Personal Information.

1. How Personal Information is collected: The following types of Personal Information may be collected, stored, and used:

  • Personal Information passed on by the Customer for the realization of the Digital Content(s), including the Personal Information of Third Parties;

  • Information about your device, including your IP address, geographic data, browser type, and version, and operating system;

  • Information about the Customer'sCustomer'sd use of our website, including the referral source, length of visit, page views, and navigation paths on the website;

  • Information that the Customer enters for the acquisition of one or more services offered by our website;

  • Marketing information, including data arising from the Customer'Customer'sation in our marketing promotions;

  • Preferences to receive personalized, non-personalized, or generic advertising for our services;

  • Information arising from feedback and surveys;

  • Information that we are required or permitted by the applicable law to collect and process, and that we need to authenticate or identify you or your data subject or to verify the information we collect; and

  • Any other Personal Information sent to us by the Customer through our platforms or communication channels.

2. Use of Personal Information: Personal Information will be used to:

  • Realization of the Digital Content(s);

  • Allow Customer access to our available/purchased services;

  • Send informational communications regarding our services;

  • Send e-mail notifications as specifically requested;

  • Respond to questions and complaints made by Customers;

  • Keep our website secure and prevent fraud; and

  • Check compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of our website.

  • The Customer may, at any time, request the interruption of sending informational communications regarding our services.

  • We will maintain strict internal control regarding access to Personal Information in such a way that the personal data of our Clients and the Personal Information of Third Parties will only be accessible to our administrators, attorneys-in-fact, employees, and/or authorized consultants who need to have access to such personal data and always within limits necessary to carry out the activities provided for in this Privacy Policy.

3. Storage of Personal Information: This Section defines our data storage policies and procedures, which are processed to comply with our legal obligations concerning the storage of the Personal Information of our Customers and the Personal Information of Third Parties:

  • We will take appropriate technical and organizational precautions necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of our Customers'Customers'Information and the Personal Information of Third Parties;

  • We will store all of our Customers'Customers'Information and the Personal Information of Third Parties securely; and

  • We inform you that processing the Personal Information of our Clients and the Personal Information of Third Parties is carried out with the support of specialized technology companies that also guarantee the security and confidentiality of the personal data collected.

4. Transparency: The holder of the Personal Information may request, at any time, access to the Personal Information that was collected and stored. We will make available the Customer's Personal InfoCustomer'sd/or the Personal Information of Third Parties as soon as possible after its request by the respective owner.

5. Updating and correcting Personal Information: The correction, inclusion, and updating of Personal Information is a right of the Client and/or their respective holders, who may, at any time, request the editing of their registered personal data on our platforms. We will edit the Customer's Personal InfoCustomer'sd/or the Personal Information of Third Parties as soon as possible after its request by the respective holder.

6. Period of Retention of Personal Information: We will store Customer Personal Information and Third Party Personal Information only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of collecting such information, including the need to satisfy any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting.

  • At the end of this cycle, we undertake to dispose of all Personal Customer Information and Third Party Personal Information, observing all legal requirements for this purpose.

7. The request for deletion of Personal Information: The construction of this Privacy Policy took into account the specific laws that oblige us to retain certain documents and/or information for a certain period. The request to delete, in whole or in part, the Personal Information of Customers and the Personal Information of Third Parties stored by us will be analyzed and complied with in this context. 

  • If there is Personal Information that can be immediately excluded under the terms of current legislation, we undertake to dispose of it as soon as possible after receiving a request in this regard sent by the Client or the respective holder.

8. Disclosure of Personal Information: We may disclose the Personal Information of our Customers or the Personal Information of Third Parties in the following cases:

  • At the request of the Client or the respective holder, personally or by an expressly authorized third party;

  • In compliance with the law;

  • In compliance with an order issued by the competent Public Authority; and

  • Establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights (including providing information to third parties for fraud prevention and mitigation purposes).

  • We will not disclose Customer Personal Information and Third Party Personal Information excessively, unnecessarily, or when the request is not in compliance with legal and regulatory determinations.

  • If under a legal provision and/or order issued by a competent Public Authority, we have to disclose the Personal Information of Customers or the Personal Information of Third Parties; we undertake to reveal only the data necessary for strict compliance with the legal provision and/or of the applicable order.

  • When disclosing the Personal Information of our Customers or the Personal Information of Third Parties under the terms outlined in this Section, we will use our best efforts to alert and ask the recipient of such personal data also to respect the current data protection legislation.

9. From third-party websites: This Privacy Policy does not apply to:

  • Third-party products and/or services that we do not own or control, including any websites, applications, interfaces, and platforms to which we link, offer or integrate via our products and services; and

  • Any direct marketing communications sent by third parties.

  • We cannot control or be responsible for third parties privacy policies and practices.

10. Device sharing: The Client must take certain precautions when sharing a computer with third parties. This is because the Customer's Personal Information is linked to their registration profile and the Customer's (browser). Thus, the application access history of all people who used the same web browser (browser) will be available to whoever accesses it, which could compromise the Customer's privacy. Some measures can be taken to avoid this sharing of information between users' and customers' devices (computer, cell phone, tablet, etc.) or web browsers (browsers). They are: creating an account on the device itself (computer, cell phone, tablet, etc.) for each user, using anonymous browsing, and disabling cookies.

11. Personal Information of Third Parties: Customers should exercise extreme caution when sharing the Personal Information of Third Parties. Just as we respect the privacy of our Customers, Customers must respect the privacy of others. If you doubt whether a third party consents to sharing your data, please do not share it.

12. Disabled Persons' Personal Information: We do not knowingly collect and/or share Disabled Persons' Personal Information. The data of incompePersons'sons eventually collected by mistake will be immediately discarded withouPersons'notification.

13. Security: We take every precaution to protect Customers' Personal Information and the Personal Information of Third Parties under our control. However, the Customer is aware thatCustomers'mission of information via the internet can be insecure, as it travels through different service providers. Thus, the Customer recognizes that it is impossible to guarantee the complete data sent via the internet.

  • The Customer also has an essential role in protecting its data. It would be best to protect your computers, devices, and applications from unauthorized access.

14. Cookie Notice: Our website uses cookies and/or similar technology. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) sent by a web server to a web browser and stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server whenever the browser requests a page from the server.

  • Cookies typically do not contain any information that personally identifies a Customer, but the Personal Information we store about our Customers may be linked to data stored in and obtained through cookies.

  • Most browsers allow the Client to refuse to accept cookies. The Customer may also delete cookies already stored on their computer. However, blocking all cookies or deleting cookies already stored on the Client's computer may negatively impact browsing our website and the use of all available resources.

15. Changes to the Privacy Policy: This Privacy Policy may be changedClient'sme to time. The Customer will be notified of any substantial change that has occurred, via e-mail, push notification, or through the private messaging system provided on our website.

16. For international customers: The server is hosted in the Federative Republic of Brazil. If the Customer accesses the site from any other country or region with laws governing the collection of personal data, use, and disclosure, which differ from the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil, when registering, the Customer expressly agrees that it will be considered the Brazilian legislation for the security of your Personal Information.
